All Billing is done by Healthline Diagnostics, INC. d.b.a. Lonestar Sleep Diagnostics.  To check network status with your insurance you will need to use the provider name Healthline Diagnostics.  Please call the office if Tax Id information is necessary to verify in network status with your insurance company.

All Patients are treated with their In Network Status regardless of the company network status.  We can make arrangements for Self Pay at a discounted rate for those patients who do not have medical benefits.  It is our company's policy that all persons have a right to medical treatment, and we will do our best to offer our services to the general population at Reasonable and Customary rates (Individual Assessment, Physician's Order and Reason for Medical Necessity required).

At this time we cannot accept:  MEDICAID, AMIL or ERISA.
